Tips for you

  • You should make sure you ask for the price before you sit down and know what you are paying.
  • "Bun cha Dac Kim - Hang Manh" Restaurant announced that Shop Bun cha; addressed #1 Hang Manh Street beside us is fake. Please looking for the larger with 5 floors restaurant with Đắc Kim brandname.
  • No english spoken but gestures always get you by
  • This is how you eat it: put the noodle, meat, herbs and veggie, and the broth in your bowl, mix it together and there you go
  • Be careful: there is another restaurant that has opened up next to them pretending to be Cau Be Dac Kim.
  • If you are traveling in a party of 2, order the set menu for 1 person is good enough for two person. The set menu is like a mixed platter with everything you need to try.

You only come here for Bun Cha. A newly found brother of Hanoi took us here. We just walked straight upstairs sat down and the food was brought to the table. You really do not need to order. Authentic to the core, popular ive been told to the locals. Previous comments about the tourist and locals is mostly because tourists would prefer a table and chair as opposed to a stool and have people constantly walking passed you. The meat is served in a warm sauce soup and is meltingly good with all the fresh herbs on the table. Would definately return!
