It's hard to not stop at this place when you see the energy and skill these young chefs put into making their octopus balls. I remember seeing an episode of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservation, and Andrew Zimmern's Bizarre Food about these things so had to stop and give it a try. There is the main restaurant but we chose to eat from the street cart and enjoy the buzz of the area. The chefs skills are amazing and what they do with two tiny chop-sticks and the timing they need to master to make the Takoyaki (Octopus balls). There is a bit of wait as they make them batch-by-batch but it is worth it. Word of caution! Wait a few minutes because you will burn your mouth; although the local thing is to make noise and allow air to get into your mouth as you eat these, I suggest waiting a bit. You will get more of the flavors as well rather than burning the roof of your mouth.
