The location is superb! It's very close to the Platinum Mall and on top of that, this hotel is tucked conveniently amidst a plethora of other shopping malls & street markets. The room itself was huge and spacious and that's the very reason why I love this hotel. The staff here are also very friendly and nice! It's a pity that I did not catch any of their names but I must say my thanks to the guy who works at the reception. He helped us to book for our airport transport back despite the fact that we actually needed one-day notice to do so (we weren't aware of that). The guy who manned the pool area/gym area was exceptionally friendly too! And the guy who opened and held the doors open for us was a very amicable chap. Generally, most of the staff were really professional and friendly. The only setback this hotel has was that the restaurant manager/head (I'm assuming he's in charge because he wore a vest which was different from the rest of the waiters attire) - a relatively tall, slim-built slender man - was really rude. Noticed that he was rude to all of the patrons (even to young children) there and I believe there was a feedback in tripadvisor from another user who also commented that this restaurant manager was one of the rudest person he has ever met and I agree with that user. This restaurant manager/head should really learn from the rest of his staff, the rest of the waiters/waitresses who were really professional and nice. Don't understand how this rude guy can be the in-charge when the rest of the waiters/waitresses were more professional, polite and friendlier than him. Apart from that rude restaurant in-charge, everything else about the hotel is splendid! Had a rather enjoyable stay here!
