Why Cao Dai Temple is special ?
As a monotheistic religion with its fusion, Cao Dai is interallied among Buddhism, Christianity, Taoism and Confucianism. The religion was officially founded in 1926, yet there has been the man who has been worshiping Cao Dai since 6 years ago, namely Ngo Van Chieu. Cao Dai Temple Phu Quoc today is built under the architectural model of Tay Ninh Holy See Temple but smaller and simpler. The temple has long become one of the impressive tourist attractions in Phu Quoc alluring numerous tourists at home and abroad.
Cao Dai Temple was only built in 2008 using monies donated; it is well worth a visit to enjoy the spectacular architecture, paintings and tranquility it offers. Be sure to go upstairs and on the way out feel free to make a donation to help maintain this beautiful place.

It is also a good sunset spot as you can go right to the roof and see the Duong Dong River from above. At the entrance you will see a traditional wooden funeral cart.
