Why Bumboat River Tour is special ?

bumboat rides have been well received by tourists and the locals. From a humble
fleet of 4 bumboats in 1987, SRC has since increased its number to 24 today
with a few new additions coming onboard soon.

channel intermediaries both local and overseas, government agencies, embassies,
event organizers and other operators in the tourism sectors.

What to explore at Bumboat River Tour?

During this nighttime tour, combine three adventures to see the best of the city. See the gorgeous bayside buildings reflected on the water as you travel by bumboat from Merlion Park to Marina Bay Sands. Then, stroll through the 150-year-old Lau Pa Sat wet market before hopping onto an open-top sightseeing bus with full audio commentary for a scenic ride through the city’s streets, ending at the popular Raffles Hotel. This tour is unguided and partially independent; a tour host will be on board the bus to let you know when the next segment begins.

You will be picked up by a double-decker, open-top sightseeing bus from the Raffles Landing Site, and your night tour of Singapore begins as you are driven first to Merlion Park to embark on a picturesque, 40-minute bumboat cruise on the Singapore River toward the Marina Bay Sands resort. See the wonderful city skyline illuminated at night as you pass scenic tourist areas like Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay, making your way to Marina Bay Sands, where you can admire its cascading hotel towers and floating crystal pavilions.

As a friend said to me - "What river?" This is a short river cruise - an hour at most - but gives yu a fantastic view and different perspective of the Singapore Skyline finishing up in the new bay at Marina Bay Sands and Singapore Flyer. The accompanying commentary is very well done, clear and well-timed giving you the history of Singapore as well as bringing you up to date with all the new developments. Enjoyable.

I read a review that said this was average, but I have to disagree. We did this as part of the Chinatown tour and it was fabulous. We went at night and it was beautiful to see all of Singapore lit up. This tour showed us the Merlion and the beautiful buildings surrounding the harbour. We were able to see the harbour light show and it was just wonderful chugging through the harbour experiencing the nightlife happening around the Marina. After the tour we were able to stay on and spend some time exploring the bars and mini markets, we even had a bite to eat at Hooters!!! Well worth doing but only at night.

It was good ride . Gives a pleasant atmosphere . It serves the purposes of both photography and a short Singapore tour. We almost covered all the huge buildings of Singapore from this boat ride. However there was no1 like guide who can give a detailed information but the AV commentary was there was describing about the tourist attractions. The ride was relaxing and gives a family enjoyment . Pleasant way to pass the time with family and even with friends . Overall a recommended place will be memorable.

a friend said to me -

I fell into the tourist trap! What every city that sits by a harbor enables boats and cruises passage as Singapore cannot be excluded. On a guided tour for a total party of eight passengers, Singapore River Experience Tale of 3 Quays (60 minutes) at adult admission SGD $22 resonate all around Singapore River which consists of three Quays. My individual party of two was presented with renown landmarks as: The Merlion; The Esplanade, and Marina Bay Sands and bridges Anderson Bridge, Cavenagh Bridge all uniquely Singaporean. The electric bumboats was stable while in motion as I am easily prose to motion sickness. The skyline on a clear day was very radiant blooming beautifully. Staff assist passengers for boarding and discharge.
