Body by Jovie is the best gym I have ever worked out. I'm not only talking about the perfect ambiance, professionally selected new equipment or all other small details but I'm also talking about the professional trainers who know what they are doing. The owners, Joao and Sylvie, are the true professionals and are very friendly and knowledgeable about not only about how to build a muscle :) but also about how to keep your body healthy and how to read your body as well. It is obvious that they have the respect to what they are doing and this creates the BIGGEST difference versus other gyms. They offer different classes (like yoga, zumba, boot camp, etc.) which leaves you no excuses for not taking care of yourself. Hope to see you there...
