Tips for you
I visited Luang Prabang three years ago with a group of 17-18 friends and really enjoyed Blue Lagoon. I am now here with my wife --- and I was puzzled that I did not recognize the layout of the place --- until I discovered that it had moved a few doors up the street! In any case, the food was excellent tonight -- especially the cold Mango Soup and the two perch dishes which she and I shared (different presentation/preparation). They also served a generous amount of wine when ordering by the glass. Two appetizers, two entrees, two glasses of wine --- with tip the cost came to something like $50 US dollars for the two of us. Can't argue with that especially when the food is excellent, the service is prompt and the garden setting is lovely.
