Why Blue Bottle Bar is special ?

Blue Bottle Bar is a perfect place to enjoy extraordinary drinks in a deliciously cool blue bottle environment. Blue Bottle bar wizards are mesmerising with their creative concoctions: exciting infusions with fresh local ingredients, refreshing signature chardonnay spritzers uniquely flavoured with essential oils, and revitalizing alcoholic tea tonics served in blue teapots. Tasty tapas dishes make a lovely accompaniment to the drinks served. Or order from the Four Plates menu.

Blue Bottles were used by alchemists in the 1860s-1920s to display medicinal healing potions for customers. Take a mysterious journey of infusions, mists and tonics created by the bar wizards and be mesmerized….

This bar is attached to the Almanity resort and is great for an afternoon drink with happy hour running from 4 pm until 8. They have an extensive selection of drinks and some mighty fine cocktails all at around 120 vnd. My favourite was the Courtyard Mojihto ...give it a try for a Vietnamese slant on a Cuban cocktail For some unknown reason this bar appeared to be an undiscovered gem as it was always easy to get a table either inside , or outside overlooking the beautiful gardens and watching the myriad of motor bikes pass by. The bar tenders and wait staff were attentive and friendly., with some even sharing their personal lives with us, giving us a better understanding of life in Vietnam . If you are fortunate enough to be staying at Almanity, then you must try Happy Hour.
