Reviews
Had dinner here as we were staying opposite at the Palm Garden Restaurant. Not much to look at but had a great dinner of fish, beef and pork. All good, especially the grilled fish. The pork came with a lot of spice but was swiftly replace for one without - no fuss at all. Very honest with the happy hour drinks. This was also one of the restaurants with someone pestering you to go in to eat - one of my pet hates. But at least the food was good. Price also very good value.
Had dinner here with 8 friends. Had what was probably the best fish I've ever eaten. The chef (Lily's mother), brought plate after plate of delious fish and shellfish dishes. All were delious. Also served soups, veggies and rice. Truly a fabulous meal. The family couldn't be more gracious, and daughter Lily speaks excellent English. I high recommend Ben Tau. Also, the husband, Hui (sp?) runs a tour company and arranged for an unforgettable trip to the Cham islands!
