Tips for you

  • The place is quite noisy as it is open to the street but It still seems to be a good place to hangout a few hours with a good beer
    Environment
  • The owner, Gary has his table in the corner and keeps a quiet eye on proceedings. and comments in a slow and softly spoken drawl. He adds colour to VT and is a great chef.

“Great breakfast, great view, English language menu” Good place to sit and relax and watch the world go by. It is relatively expensive as are many of the places on the sea front, but if you want a 'break' from Vietnamese local food and to splash out on western style menu you can get a great breakfast, anything from omelettes to pancakes, excellent iced coffee, English language paper, unhurried service, English language menu, good vegetarian selection. Great omelettes, pancakes with icecream is a guilty pleasure, coffee good (but unlike vietnamese local places you dont get the complementary iced tea that arrives magically elsewhere) also had an OK greek salad, light on feta but reasonable approximation of what to expect rather skimpily clad waiting staff and attracts ex-pats some long retired with young vietnamese girlfriends on their arms this may or may not put you off. English speaking staff, very good service
