Why Baguette & Chocolat Cafe is special ?
Baguette & Chocolat (B&C) is regarded as the best place in town for enjoying breakfast at a very reasonable price. For main meals, Vietnamese dishes and cheese lasagna are recommended, while strong coffee and cakes are offered in the afternoon or supper. B&C has some of the most delicious Paris cakes and pastries with aromatic wild honey, including baguette and even vegetarian options. This little restaurant is the best choice in winter days, when you can try a tasty croissant with coffee and escape the foggy weather. There is also another B&C café inside Museum of Ethnology in Hanoi, which is very impressive with spacious and lush design.
Must try dishes:
Spring Apple and Tarte Aux Poivres
Milk chocolate cake
Prizewinning French bakery
Steamed fish in banana leaf

Tips for you
Amazing food. Nice view. The hot chocolate and T Bone steak were to die for. I would be back for all kinds of bread here
We happened to pass by and decided to try for lunch because of the added benefit of support for disadvantaged youth. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our food and coffee, topped off with a yummy lemon tart and a cocktail (to prolong our stay and avoid the rain). Well done to the staff here and those with the vision and incentive of creating this opportunity for those less fortunate.
