Tips for you
Just returned from a fantastic meal here with my wife. Living in Australia makes a proper fondue a very expensive treat, given the cost of the proper cheeses required, so I couldn't help myself and ordered both the cheese and meat fondues. The cheese one was sublime. Who'd have thought cheese and French bread could be so tasty. The beef followed a while later, and given that we had scraped the cheese bowl clean, it was a struggle to finish it, although its accompanying sauces and fries were terrific. I should point out that you must be prepared to let things take their course here, because the one chef does it all himself, and puts heart and soul into it. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy a small piece of the Alps in Cambodia.
