I have been there for lunch. It's a sort of Italian restaurant in which you can choose between a menu "à la carte" and two menus in which you have access to a buffet of appetizers (Antipasti) and cakes. We chose the second one, so some pasta and the buffet. As pasta, I took some "Gnocchi" with Roma sauce... The pasta itself was good, but the sauce was nothing more than average. The buffet was not bad, but since we arrived a bit late (around 1pm), it was already almost finished and the food was cold. Also in this case, just average food, but with a good variety. Then the cakes: Lots of kinds, honestly they were good, so maybe it was the best part of the meal. What to say... A fancy place, the setting is very beautiful, but the food is nothing special. We spent around 3000 Yen per person, which is anyway not bad considering the kind of restaurant. We didn't take any soft drinks, beer or wine. I didn't see if there was a smoking area. It's not so easy to find because it's in an Hotel lobby.
